As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be part of this exciting journey, working with our team to drive data productization from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Researching, gathering, and analyzing client data to uncover insights and trends
• Developing and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to business stakeholders
• Collaborating with business and product partners to tackle complex business problems and identify opportunities for growth
• Applying your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to uncover hidden patterns and provide actionable insights
• Defining and assessing key performance metrics for new product launches
• Creating data-driven stories to communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• Leading exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing, statistical derivation, and data visualization
• Working with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and handle high-quality data from various sources
• Working effectively cross-functionally to convey data insights and recommendations to business stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Familiarity with data quality tools, such as Collibra Information Quality or SAS Information Management
• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Google BigQuery or Amazon Redshift
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
• Experience with data storytelling and communication
