Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional live chat support to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer frustration

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
