Job Summary

As an Experienced Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing help and support through our online chat platform. You'll engage with customers via live chat to address their queries and issues, provide accurate information about our products and services, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions. With comprehensive training and ongoing support, you'll be equipped to succeed in this role and take your career to the next level.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat to address their queries and issues
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Documenting all interactions and solutions in the company's CRM system

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers via live chat, providing clear and concise information about our products and services.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute: You'll need to be able to type quickly and accurately to respond to customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating the internet: You'll need to be comfortable using a computer and navigating the internet to access customer information and resolve issues.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace: You'll need to have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure that you can focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends: You'll need to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that we can provide 24/7 customer support.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others: You'll need to be passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service to succeed in this role.
