Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts with flexible start times between 7:30 AM - 10 AM EST.
Pay Rate:
$35,000 - $41,000, based on experience.
Position Type:
Full-time, direct hire.
Remote:
100% work-from-home.
Equipment:
All necessary equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle sales and enrollments, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls—no cold calling!
- Identify opportunities to boost product sales and provide solutions to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements

Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
At least 1 year of call center and sales experience.
Residency:
Texas residency is required for this remote position.
