Job Summary

As a Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our clients through email, chat, and phone interactions. You'll be responsible for identifying and assessing client needs, building sustainable relationships, and resolving any emerging problems that may arise. Responsibilities

As a Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and Assess Client Needs: Use your exceptional listening skills to understand client needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Build Sustainable Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients through open and interactive communication, ensuring that they feel valued, heard, and supported.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Use the right methods and tools to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to clients, ensuring that they have a seamless experience.
  • Meet Sales Targets and Call Handling Quotas: Work collaboratively with the customer service team to meet sales targets and call handling quotas, ensuring that we're delivering exceptional results.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep Records and Process Customer Accounts: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow Communication Procedures: Adhere to arenaflex's communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that we're delivering consistent and exceptional service.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong Phone Contact Handling Skills: Proven ability to handle phone calls with ease, using active listening skills to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems: Experience with CRM systems and practices, including data entry, reporting, and analytics.
  • Customer Orientation: A customer-centric approach, with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and personalities.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to Multi-Task and Prioritize: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring that deadlines are met and clients receive exceptional service.
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
