Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

What We'll Love About You
+ English and Spanish language proficiency (bilingual or multilingual a plus) + High School diploma or equivalent + Basic computer operation skills + Ability to type 35 wpm + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) + Ability to pay close attention to detail + Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures + Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm MST + Part-time schedule open to discussion
Preferred Qualifications
+ Prior experience working in the insurance industry + Spanish language proficiency + Experience with customer service software and systems
