As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Assisting customers with their orders, returns, and product inquiries
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Documenting and updating customer records accurately in the system
- Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to provide efficient customer service
Requirements:
