Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues efficiently. You'll work under 4 hours per day, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Our ideal candidate is customer-focused, has excellent communication skills, and can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via call, email, chat, and social media
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and with a professional demeanor
* Document customer interactions and transactions
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent

* Basic computer literacy
* Ability to work under 4 hours per day
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
