Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting customer needs.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications
