  • Resolving customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions within the time limits, following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges, ensuring that customers receive accurate and efficient support.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, providing a personalized and exceptional customer experience.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary, ensuring seamless teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Educational Qualifications
