Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a CS Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling email, chat, and phone support for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling order status tickets, product-related questions, troubleshooting inquiries, and escalation requests
  • Communicating and delegating information between clients and departments
  • Performing auxiliary non-CS tasks related to reporting and documentation
  • Providing reliable support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle email tickets, live chat, and phone support for clients

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Perform tasks related to reporting, documentation, and data analysis to support business decisions
  • Maintain accurate records and update client information as needed
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a helpdesk or call center environment

  • Proficiency in using helpdesk and customer service tools, such as Zendesk
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Reliable access to internet and power, with the ability to take calls throughout the day

Desired Skills:

* Experience using Slack or similar communication tools

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on customer experience
