Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships with our clients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls and outbound return calls with accuracy and efficiency

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
• Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and exceed all company standard KPIs

Requirements

Basic Position Requirements

* Previous Call Center Experience

• Proven sales and customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent

Education and Experience

* Strong knowledge of computer systems and software

• Excellent ability to multi-task through systems and applications, accessing multiple screens and tabs
• Knowledge in the service industry is a plus, but not required
• Be able to type 40 WPM

Working Conditions

* Must be able to work in a quiet remote environment

• Sit for long periods of time in front of a computer
• Have high-speed internet and a computer available with ethernet capability
• Must be able to work various shifts
• We are open 7 days a week, with each team member getting 2 days off a week
• Schedules are built out based on the business need
• The job environment is fast-paced and results-oriented
