Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development, with the potential to advance to leadership positions as the company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving technical issues

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions as needed
  • Troubleshoot common issues with customers using internal and external proprietary software
  • Assist colleagues and managers with various tasks and projects as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Qualifications

* Must reside in the United States

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must pass a background check
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
  • Proactive and able to prioritize work effectively
  • Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Minimum equipment requirements (see below)

Minimum Equipment Requirements

* Hard drive: 20 GB or more of available space, 60 GB or more of total space

  • Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 (Mac is also acceptable with a minimum i5)
  • Internet Connection: Hard-wired connection (no wireless), minimum 10 Mbps download, minimum 3 Mbps upload

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $10 - $12 per hour

  • Rapid salary increases available based on performance

  • Paid training: 4 hours per day, Monday - Friday, for 3-4 weeks at $7.25 per hour
  • Quarterly reviews with opportunities for pay increases
