Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone calls, email, and other communication channels. You'll be the go-to resource for clients seeking guidance on our software, business operations, and industry-specific challenges. Your expertise, empathy, and problem-solving skills will make all the difference in delivering a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Answer questions and provide guidance to clients via phone calls, email, and other communication channels
- Go above and beyond to help clients navigate the complexities of our industry and resolve their issues
- Take ownership of your role as an individual contributor and as a member of our team
- Collaborate with other customer service groups to ensure seamless support and exceptional client experiences
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our software, business operations, and industry-specific challenges
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
Requirements
* Treat others with respect, empathy, and kindness

- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on clear and concise communication
- Type at least 45 words per minute
- Strong computer skills, with experience working in online environments
- Internet Requirements: 4 MB up and 10 MB down (satellite internet not recommended)

* Competitive hourly rate: $18.50/hour
