Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Data Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for efficiently processing the inflow of fund documents received via email and portals, ensuring accurate matching to the corresponding investor vehicles. This is a remote position, and you can be located anywhere in the United States. We're looking for a quick study who possesses the endurance necessary to deliver high focus for the entirety of the work day.

Responsibilities

As a Data Operations Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accessing fund-related documents from various sources, including emails and online portals
• Accurately matching received documents to the corresponding investor vehicles or portfolios
• Following client-specific instructions to ensure proper handling and processing of emails/documents
• Conducting thorough verification processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Communicating effectively with fund managers, colleagues, and external parties as needed
• Meeting targets for email/document throughput as established by your direct manager/supervisor

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced professional role

Desired Experience and Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• An Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
