Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Interacting with customers over the phone and in person to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services
* Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
* Utilizing computer technology to handle high call volumes
* Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A four-year degree (or equivalent experience)
* Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
* Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
* Familiarity with office software and computer systems
* Ability to handle cash transactions is desirable
