Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators, developing assessment frameworks, and contributing to business decisions through insightful analysis and methodical attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects and initiatives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing operational reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and suitable modeling to drive business decisions and optimize operational performance
* Developing assessment frameworks for the organization to inform investment in various ongoing development initiatives
* Contributing to business decisions through the presentation of insightful analysis and methodical attention to detail, with a focus on the end-to-end impact of systems, equipment, and ongoing support requirements
* Identifying opportunities for automation in current support processes and developing ad-hoc business analysis and presenting recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and future initiatives
* Facilitating business evaluations with data analysis and following through with business leaders on actionable items
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (e.g. business, mathematics, statistics, computer science)
* Advanced understanding of Excel, including data analysis, visualization, and modeling
* Advanced analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
* Expertise in SQL/Quicksight (or equivalent Amazon relevant data sources)
