Schedule and Compensation Details
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy a hybrid work solution that offers the best of both worlds. You will work from home on Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday, and rotate to our office in Irvine, California on Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday. This flexible schedule allows you to balance your work and personal life while still enjoying the benefits of a traditional office environment. In addition to our flexible schedule, you will also receive a competitive pay rate of $26 per hour, as well as a range of benefits and perks that support your well-being and career growth. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information
- Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed
- Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements
