Key Responsibilities
As an IT Site Director at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our Dallas, TX team to deliver exceptional IT services and solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including investigating complex application, equipment, and network issues
- Documenting, analyzing, and resolving escalated help desk tickets
- Collaborating with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, team members, and operations management to deliver top-notch IT solutions
- Developing and implementing IT processes and procedures to meet the needs of the Satisfaction Community
- Working closely with our leadership team to identify, recommend, develop, and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support our rapid growth
- Managing the IT budget and resources to ensure efficient use of technology and optimal return on investment
Everyday Activities
As an IT Site Director, you'll be involved in a variety of activities, including:
- Network design and implementation
- Project management
- Leadership of local IT Support Specialists
- Data cabling and network infrastructure management
- Systems administration in various software and hardware environments
- Collaborating with our leadership team to identify and implement cost-effective technology solutions
What You'll Require
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Community environment
- MS certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP
- Broad knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units, including the Moto MC9190, VC6090, and WT41N0
- Skills in areas such as IT, Microsoft Networking, Mobile Device Management, and RF Technologies
- Advanced problem-solving skills in a multi-client, high-pressure environment
- Broad knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
- Experience with data cabling and PC hardware maintenance
- Proven track record of leading IT Support teams
- Demonstrated skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, installation, and disposal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, employees, and vendors
- Experience managing vendor contracts, relationships, and service level agreements
- Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per day
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations
- Experience working in a SLA-driven environment
- Experience supporting PCs in a Windows Active Directory environment
- Cisco CCNA certification
- Working knowledge of SOTI MobiControl device management
- Ability to manage high-priority projects
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation
