Key Responsibilities
As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients, primarily through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. Your duties will include:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed

Schedule and Flexibility

Earnings and Revenue
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll earn a competitive hourly rate, typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, depending on the client and your performance. Your earnings will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have opportunities to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
