Job Summary

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our online presence, interacting with our customers through various social media platforms, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and monitoring arenaflex's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating engaging and relevant content to promote arenaflex's products and brand
  • Analyzing social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in social media management and customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Equivalent work experience considered
