Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for managing and entering data to support various departments across the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in databases and systems accurately, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, utilizing advanced search techniques and data analysis tools.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations, ensuring data is easily accessible and recoverable.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
