Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and handle several chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Proficiency in using computers and web-based applications, including live chat software and customer relationship management systems
