Job Summary
As a Virtual Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our cardmembers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with account-related questions, transactions, and issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
