Job Summary

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-year customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliability: Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
