Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to join our Customer Service team as a remote Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home while delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, providing a seamless experience that exceeds their expectations.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate multiple systems/screens.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
