What You'll Be Doing
As an Entry-Level Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

- Assisting customers in making decisions and resolving customer complaints and issues
- Communicating with customers through live chat software, using excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Staying up-to-date with product and service information to provide accurate and timely responses
- Following up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat software
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers in making decisions and provide product and service information
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with product and service information to provide accurate and timely responses
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Reliable internet connection and device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
- Availability to work at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week
