Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll work closely with various internal and external teams to resolve issues, reconcile discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with Aetna enrollment package records
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues, collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve green resolutions
- Reconcile eligibility among systems, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing errors
- Monitor and track records, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve problems and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's systems, policies, and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and research
- Healthcare industry experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare terminology and concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Excellent verbal, trouble-shooting, and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
* Healthcare industry experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare terminology and concepts
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's systems, policies, and procedures
