We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team, driving business development and operations with a focus on data entry, business travel management, and customer satisfaction.
Job Summary
As a key member of our team, the Full Stack Data Entry Specialist will serve as a knowledgeable authority for corporate travel management organizations at arenaflex. This role requires significant judgment to make decisions that drive steady revenue, utilizing aspects of our organization and corporate client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for building key business relationships with Travel Management Company (TMC) accounts, focused on business travel valuable learning experiences for arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a knowledgeable authority for TMC business for arenaflex, driving business development and operations with a focus on data entry, business travel management, and customer satisfaction.
- Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for arenaflex, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- With minimal guidance from management, exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, with a focus on maximizing revenue and yield in individual markets.
- Collaborate with legal and risk management groups to develop contract-official arrangements, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures.
- Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability.
- Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for arenaflex, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop marketing-related initiatives to support sales efforts, planning closely with marketing and business development teams.
- Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, planning arrangements, and coordination with pricing.
- Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management group to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the details of the agreement.
- Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market.
- Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved.
- Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, boosting revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex.
- Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market.
Work Experience, Education, and Skills
* Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service climate or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant preparation/experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Preferred:
+ Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs.
