What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting directly with customers who contact us for various reasons, from helping them find their new pet to resolving issues with their orders.
- Examining and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner, thinking proactively, and setting follow-up meetings as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working with empathy, attention to detail, persistence, sympathy, and thoughtfulness to customers and colleagues alike.
- Collaborating with colleagues, your immediate supervisor, and other teams across the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to a customer-driven culture of cooperation.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) as demonstrated in a written evaluation
- Ability to multitask (e.g., handling a phone call while searching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to support our customers
- Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization
- Flexibility to adjust your schedule and work beyond 40 hours as needed by the team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
Technical Requirements
* A dedicated workspace that is large enough to accommodate computer screens and free from distractions, including background noise that may impact the customer experience
- A workspace suitable for webcam use
- A solid wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed) - you can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your internet service provider
- arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment (computer, screen, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam)
