Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and upholding our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
