Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Account Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Customer Service Account Managers (CSAMs) to ensure seamless execution of customer service processes, with a focus on execution and process improvement.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with CSAMs, Channel affiliate partners, and internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Attending regular calls and record audits with affiliate partners to ensure alignment and optimal customer service levels.
  • Managing the execution of the Request Stream Cycle with affiliate partners, from request booking through delivery, to guarantee ideal customer service levels are achieved.
  • Owning post-bill, backend business health metrics and KPIs, and providing key information, metrics, and execution plans to management and partners.
  • Focusing on responsibility, managing multiple and often competing tasks, and meeting time constraints for various expectations.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities within Affiliate Tasks.
  • Utilizing data and analysis to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, rapidly adapting to changing business requirements, and quickly understanding complex business processes.
  • Mastering SAP and Success, with the ability to collect reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Recognizing patterns and underlying drivers/sub-drivers, and providing input to management to improve processes that will enhance internal and external customer experience.
  • Thinking creatively and influencing with data-driven models; able to change the thinking of, or gain recognition from, others in sensitive situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to the relevant audience.
  • Being thorough and self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Maintaining balance and a positive outlook in a challenging, fast-paced, and quickly changing environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to represent arenaflex remotely at client discussions with exceptional skill.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, or Engineering, or equivalent experience in Tasks/Supply Chain or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the request cycle and execution process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Success, with the ability to collect reports and analyze data.
