Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a Financial/Bank Services environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Resolving service problems, identifying causes, and providing effective solutions to customer concerns
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction and in a timely manner
- Addressing customer concerns related to services and providing best-in-class solutions via various communication channels (email, chat, social channels)
- Escalating customer complaints to the Operations Supervisor when necessary and ensuring efficient resolution
- Maintaining accurate and complete information using our communication methods
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- An innate drive to provide exceptional customer service and a passion for delivering outstanding results
- A high school education or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Flexibility in shifting schedules and the ability to handle escalated situations, remittances, and disputes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and secure work experience, we require:
- Internet access via cable or fiber (DSL, satellite, etc. is not permitted)
- A minimum download speed of 10mbps and upload speed of 10mbps
- Hardwired internet access (wireless internet access is not permitted)
- A backup internet service provider (ISP) or internet connection
