Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services. You will work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your time and work at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat

  • Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking packages, and processing returns
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing product information
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements:
