- Verify the accuracy of data entries, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
- Update and maintain existing data records, ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Retrieve data as requested for various departments, providing timely and accurate responses
- Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity, identifying areas for improvement
- Communicate any data discrepancies or concerns to relevant stakeholders
- Follow data privacy and confidentiality protocols, ensuring the security of sensitive information
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, supporting the smooth operation of the team
