Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Online Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and chat, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, and ensuring a positive experience with arenaflex.
Responsibilities
As an Online Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting customers with booking, changing, and canceling reservations
- Resolving issues related to flight schedules, baggage, and other travel-related concerns
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and flight schedules
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, especially in the airline or travel industry, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
