Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, using your typing skills to input and update data accurately. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing data entries with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Updating records and databases to ensure seamless data flow
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict data security protocols

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to your core responsibilities, you may also be required to:

  • Receive and put away inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and storage
  • Prepare customer orders for shipment, including packing and labeling
  • Load boxes into trucks for shipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Use scanners to read barcodes on products, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory management
  • View prompts on screens and follow directions for tasks, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility
  • Troubleshoot problems, using critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve issues
  • Ensure product meets quality requirements, adhering to strict standards and protocols
  • Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and work at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)

Physical Demands

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you'll be required to:

  • Lift up to 49 pounds
  • Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
  • Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
  • Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
  • Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
  • Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
  • Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
