Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Call Center/Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center/Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services
  • Recording customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
  • Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Addressing customer's inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Communicating with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
  • Performing data entry accurately
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is preferred)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information
  • Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures
  • Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population; cultural competency
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Experience with phone etiquette (inbound/outbound calling)
  • Experience with data entry and customer relationship management software
