Job Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers through live chat. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while working from the comfort of your own remote workspace. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat

  • Provide product information, answers, and solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Utilize knowledge base and resources to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and response times
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless support and resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices

Requirements

* 1 year of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and typing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in live chat software and technology
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $45.00 - $70.00/hour.
