Key Responsibilities

As a Detail-Oriented Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and organization of our databases and systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data accurately into various databases and systems from source documents within specified timeframes.
  • Reviewing and correcting data for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Verifying data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documents.
  • Updating and retrieving data as needed, ensuring information is current and accessible.
  • Performing regular data backups to safeguard information.
  • Organizing and maintaining files for efficient retrieval.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve data discrepancies or issues.
  • Upholding confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting errors.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
