Key Responsibilities

As a B2B Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with business customers via phone and email to provide information about products and services, address concerns, and resolve issues.
  • Serving as a liaison between customers, business representatives, and arenaflex support paths to resolve credit, customer service, and billing concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate records of business interactions, including inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Processing service requests through appropriate arenaflex channels to facilitate timely reconciliation and ensure correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved.
  • Conducting account analysis and reviews, and proposing solutions to improve customer experiences.
  • Following up with businesses to document their experience with service and ensuring alignment with arenaflex B2B representatives for optimal care.
  • Utilizing a range of software applications, including Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets, to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Experience in face-to-face or telephone sales, and customer service over the phone, is preferred.
  • Strong adaptability, attention to detail, customer focus, organizational awareness, planning and organizing, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the wireless industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
