Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating with customers as needed
- Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive timely updates and exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity in our ticketing system
- Collaborating with the Help Desk team to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticket support or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required but highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
