Role Overview

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to arenaflex customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email

  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their issues
  • Provide exceptional customer support to arenaflex customers
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
  • Minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
