As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative solutions to respond to their needs. Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be required to:
- Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
- Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
- Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested.
- Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of customer service experience (minimum).
- Over 18 years of age.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Comfort with desktop computer systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- 6 months of Call Center experience (preferred).
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work various shifts.
- Ability to use Windows operating systems.
- Organization and work prioritization skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
- An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of internet speed required.
- A clean and quiet workspace.
