The Role

As a Temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. You'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates
  • Navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
  • Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing punctual, reliable, and problem-solving support to customers
  • Acting with integrity and dedication to making a positive impact

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • The ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
  • Successful completion of mandatory training
  • Customer service experience
  • Preferred: 6 months of experience in a contact center or retail environment
  • Preferred: 6 months of experience with computer processing/data entry software

Language Requirements

* Spanish is a required language for this role

Work Environment and Schedule

* Work from home in approved states (AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MO, MS, NE, NM, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WY)

  • 24/7 customer care with a variety of shift opportunities
  • 8-hour shifts, including day, evening, and morning shifts
