The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Proven experience in customer service, call center, or a related role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service certifications are a plus
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
