As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in facilitating inbound calls, updating administrative details of customer accounts, and directing calls to the appropriate departments when necessary. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary
• Help explain contract details to customers
• Manage existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free experiences
• Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
• Engage in interactive and communicative interactions with management and co-workers through camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
Key to Success:
• Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
• General computer and typing skills
• Passion for customer service and quality work
• Must be focused and reliable
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
• High School diploma or GED required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
