Job Function
As a Data Entry Clerk / Typist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a computer and internet access, and will be responsible for maintaining a quiet workspace free from distractions. You'll also be expected to work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative and judgment to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter and maintain accurate data into our systems with a high level of attention to detail
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist in organizing and categorizing information for easy retrieval
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and completeness
- Handle administrative tasks, including responding to emails and inquiries
Qualifications
* Proven experience in data entry or related roles (previous experience is not necessary, but can be a bonus)
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (25 words per minute or higher)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Proficiency in using data entry software and tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
- Familiarity with basic software tools such as Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
