Key Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls from clients, providing accurate and efficient information about our healthcare programs
- Utilizing online reference materials, scripts, and other resources to guide conversations and resolve customer inquiries
- Documenting details of conversations, ensuring accurate and timely updates in our systems
- Meeting department quality assurance standards and metrics, demonstrating a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Educating and answering questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about our healthcare programs
- Following protocol and applying sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Maintaining a reliable private internet connection, with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Healthcare-related certification (e.g., CNA, LPN, or RN)
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in desktop applications and online systems
- A strong internet connection, with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable
- Ability to pass a language knowledge assessment
Preferred Qualifications:
