Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into our ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians
- Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk, including whether the issue was resolved or requires further coordination with the customer
- Emailing responses to customers to provide updates and ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintaining organization and focus to close out each ticket efficiently
Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. While prior experience is not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer
- Strong typing skills and ability to work on a computer for extended periods
